Want to go to uni in Queensland?
- Yes? You will probably apply via QTAC.
- Check the QTAC Course Search to find out if your degree is handled by QTAC.
- If it is, make a QTAC application (hint: our detailed QTAC guide might help)
- Keep an eye on QTAC’s key dates so you don’t miss anything!
Want to do a diploma at TAFE Queensland?
- Yes? You might still apply through QTAC!
- Check the QTAC Course Search for your diploma.
- For competitive courses, like TAFE Queensland’s Diploma of Nursing, applying via QTAC is the best idea.
- Keep an eye on QTAC’s key dates so you don’t miss anything!
Want to sign up for your (Queensland) ATAR?
- Sign up for your ATAR via the QTAC ATAR Portal. This portal is separate from your QTAC application.
- You’ll need your LUI and a personal email address.

Need your (Queensland) ATAR for applications in other states?
- Yes? Make sure you sign up for the QTAC ATAR portal.
- As long as you don’t tick “Don’t share my ATAR with my school” your ATAR will be shared with any TACs you apply to, like UAC, VTAC & SATAC.
